.AI domain sales volume and prices have gone sky-high as AI technology consumes all in its path. With the obvious interest in this TLD with domain investors, I vibed and launched dotaisales.com in less than a day with 125 scraped sales. Then rebuilt the UI and database the next morning, importing 10K records from a CSV I purchased on Namebio. Users can filter and sort sales data, as well as see trends visualized in dynamic charts. I’ll keep updating data manually each day, but will eventually automate this. Keep doing, keep learning.
